1. Content

3. Holiday Furnished Rentals

(1) On the Supplier's online portal, the User can see the description, price and photos of the furnished vacation rentals.

(2) The User may request to book a furnished vacation rental, indicating dates of arrival, departure and the number of persons. The User undertakes to provide accurate information, particularly regarding the number of persons.

(3) The Supplier gives itself the right in its sole discretion to refuse any request from the User, without any counterpart.

(4) If the User's request is approved, the Supplier will send a quote and a request for payment of a deposit.

(5) The payment of the deposit by the User is the right to accept the rules of procedure available on the portal. Following the payment of the deposit, the Supplier agrees to rent the holiday furnished for the dates specified in the quote, except in cases of force majeure.

(6) The deposit is not refundable, except in case of force majeure, such as hurricane, earthquake, etc. Administrative costs of €10 are deducted.

(7) The Supplier may, at its sole discretion, grant the User's request to postpone a reservation to a later date. This postponement cannot exceed one year.

4. SPA

(1) On the online portal of the Supplier, the User can see the description and the price of the activities proposed within the framework of the SPA.

(2) The User can request to book a SPA activity, indicating a date and time. The User agrees to provide accurate information.

(3) The Supplier gives itself the right in its sole discretion to refuse any request from the User, without any counterpart.

(4) If the User's request is approved, the Supplier will send an invoice and a request for payment of a deposit.

(5) Following the payment of the deposit, the Supplier undertakes to provide the service on the date and time indicated, except in cases of force majeure.

(6) The deposit is not refundable, except in case of force majeure, such as hurricane, earthquake, etc.

(6) If you are late for a SPA appointment, the duration of the service will be reduced accordingly, at the Supplier's discretion. In the event of no-show at the appointment, the service will be canceled without any refund, the deposit being considered as compensation for the damage caused.

5. Gifts

(1) On the online portal of the Supplier, the User may choose to offer a gift, with the rental of a furnished holiday and / or one or services of the SPA.

(2) The Supplier gives itself the right in its sole discretion to refuse any request from the User, without any counterpart.

(3) If the User's request is approved, the Supplier will send an invoice and a request for payment of the entire gift.

(4) Following the payment of the gift, the Supplier will provide a gift card to the User, including a gift card number.

(5) The user must send this gift card to the person of their choice. The person receiving the gift card will have two (2) months to call the Supplier and make an appointment. Beyond this period, the gift card will no longer be valid.

6. Rights and obligations of the Supplier

(1) The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on the portal corresponds as accurately as possible to reality.

(2) In no event shall the Supplier be held liable for any information that is not up-to-date or in the case of a translation that is not perfect.

(3) The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to keep the site up to date from a technical point of view.

7. Ownership of the website

(1) The Supplier is the exclusive owner of the parcauxorchidees.com portal as well as its contents. Reproduction of the site, in whole or in part, by copying text, graphics or drawings is strictly prohibited.

8. Vacationer's information

11. Supplier's responsibility

(1) Relations between the parties will be exclusively governed by French law.

(4) The Supplier recommends that each Vacationer keep a copy of these terms and conditions in his hard disk or print it in paper to facilitate archiving.
